Since we can’t get together for our monthly club, I’m mailing the cards to the members and sharing the cards and recipes here. Hope this is inspiration for all of you!
This card uses a sneak peek from the upcoming annual catalog, but we can order it now! It has amazing ornate dies and I love the embossing folder in the suite.
Recipe:
- Soft Sea Foam–card base 8 1/2 x 5 1/2 Scored at 4 1/4
- Mint Macaron–5 1/4 x 4 Adhere to card base.
- Whisper White–5 x 3 3/4 Run the top 2 1/2″ through the big shot with the Ornate Floral 3-D Embossing Folder
- Wrap the ribbon around the white layer where the embossing stops and tie a bow on the left side.
- Cut the ornate frame using a 4 x 2 1/2 piece of Soft Sea Foam card stock
- Stamp “Thanks” on a scrap of Whisper White card stock and cut out with the 2 1/2 by 1 1/8 Stitched Rectangle die.
- Adhere to ornate frame and attach to card using dimensionals.
- Cut out small and medium Mint Macaron flowers from the Ornate Borders Dies. Attach to the label with glue dots.
- Place a Gilded Gem in the center of each flower.
- Stamp the envelope in MInt Macaron.
