I love this Painted Autumn Designer Series Paper. This sunflower reminds me of a rural scene. I thought it paired nicely with the wood grain in the Wood Textures Designer Series Paper Stack. There are so many great wood grains in this stack. The linen thread also added to the rustic feel of this card. I used Whisper White Card Stock for my card base.
The wood grain paper is 5 1/4″ x 4″. The Daffodil Delight Card Stock is cut at 4 3/8″ x 3 1/8″. The Designer Series Paper is 4 1/4″ x 3″. For the greeting I used a piece 4″ by 3/4″ and used the Triple Banner Punch to cut the end. I inserted it between the two grooves on either side of the smallest opening. This way, your punch can actually cut 4 widths of card stock. I punched the paper before stamping the greeting so I could place the greeting toward the right side leaving room to wrap the linen thread around the card stock 3 times and making a bow. I popped this up with dimensionals to finish the card.
It also looks great with the pumpkins from the same Painted Autumn Designer Series Paper. You can see how I did the envelopes here. The Designer Series Paper size for the standard envelope used here is 6″ x 2 1/4″. The card base is Very Vanilla.
It makes a great card with no greeting, or add a greeting of your choice.
