Tin of Cards Stamp Set

    Quick and Easy Cards

    April 20, 2017

Sometimes you just need a card in a hurry.  These cards are just the thing!

With card stock, designer series paper, ink and a stamp you are almost done!

Cut your card base 8 1/2″ by 5 1/2″ and score at 4 1/4″ along the long side.

Cut your designer series paper 5 1/4″ by 4″.  On the longer side, place the center of the paper (2 5/8″) on your paper trimmer and cut down to the 2″ mark.  Fold from this cut to the top and bottom corners of your designer series paper.  This shows off the reverse side of the paper.  Adhere this to the card stock base and stamp your greeting.

Make a coordinating envelope by adhering a piece of designer series paper (DSP) to the flap.  I line up the edge of the DSP where the flap of the envelope meets the front. Adhere making sure the edges are secure.  Just cut the DSP around the flap and you have a coordinating envelope!  You could make lots of these cards in a short time.  You can vary the look depending on the designer series paper you choose.  There are so many beautiful choices and they will be retiring soon, so don’t delay–get yours today.
